SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 240

Amendment sponsored by Senator Benny Shendo, Jr.

    1. On page 24, strike lines 21 through 24 and insert in lieu thereof:

         "4. two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to plan, design and construct a landfill access road near 29th avenue NW and Encino road in Sandoval county;".

    2. On page 34, strike lines 12 through 15 and insert in lieu thereof:

         "17. six hundred ten thousand dollars ($610,000) to plan, design, construct, repair, equip and improve exhibits and facilities at the New Mexico museum of natural history and science in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.".

    3. On page 152, strike lines 1 through 4 and insert in lieu thereof:

         "191. four hundred fifty-five thousand dollars ($455,000) to plan, design, construct, furnish, equip and improve a contemporary arts museum building, including roof renovation and solar panels, in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county;".
